Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of services. This includes employee details, working hours, rates of pay, and any other relevant data. The client remains responsible for ensuring the legality of their workforce and employment practices.

Fees and Payment

All fees will be agreed in advance. Payment terms will be specified separately and must be adhered to. Failure to make payment may result in the suspension of services.

Payroll Accuracy

While all reasonable care is taken to ensure payroll accuracy, responsibility for verifying submitted data remains with the client. Any discrepancies must be reported promptly.

Compliance

Services are provided in line with current UK laws and regulations. The client is responsible for maintaining compliance with employment legislation, including tax, National Insurance, and right-to-work requirements.

Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws. Information is used solely for the purpose of delivering services and is not shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

Confidentiality

All information shared between both parties is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without prior consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the services provided. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice. Any outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
